Currently, via our manufacturer, we offer worldwide shipping.
Please note that your product is not produced until you order it.
Depending on where your product is printed and shipped to will depend on when it will arrive in your mailbox. We will do our best to keep you updated on the shipping process. But since we rely on a third party to print and ship your item, we are at their mercy.
Your item will be shipped using FedEx, USPS, DHL, dpd, past, depending on your location and the urgency with which you need the product.
Note that we cannot ship to some countries due to legal or shipping restrictions.
Processing and Delivery Times
All orders are generally processed within 1-5 days.
Also, standard shipping typically takes between 2-8 business days, for destinations within the continental United States. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide, and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so that you may track your order’s estimated arrival. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update once you receive your tracking number.
Customs Fees and Import Taxes
Tail Wag Wisdom does ship outside of the United States, via our manufacturers. However, some customs, import fees, tariffs, taxes, VAT may apply after the item is shipped.
Digital Downloads
For digital downloads, once you make your purchase, you can access the link immediately on your purchase page. Also, your link will be emailed to you via the email address you entered during the checkout process.
