Why include your furry companion?
When you include your furry buddy in your meditation it helps both of you feel better. Who doesn’t want that for their best furry friend? Even if you think you’re not worth the time or effort, I’m certain you think your fur kid is worth just about anything.
I’ve been meditating for 40+ years in all situations and environments. I’ve taken numerous meditation classes to fine-tune my process. Additionally, I’ve meditated with animals, other people, and by myself. What I know for sure is that life is easier when you can clear your mind through meditation. This is what I want for you and that is why I created these short virtual meditation sessions.

My tail is wagging to meet you! I’m Terri, your meditation guide.
Maybe that’s not exactly true. I don’t have a tail. But I am excited to meet you.
Now that we have that out of the way, can I be honest with you?
I’ve been meditating for probably 40 years or more. It grounds me and helps to keep things in perspective.
I discovered many years ago that when I meditate with one of my furry friends, I experience a better meditation. It’s more connected and healing.
So, the presence of a furry body helps to calm my mind and make my meditations better. While I’ve done many meditations. Different types and styles as well as durations, most days I start with a short 30-minute relaxation with my furry buddy, Henry.
But I also love a good guided meditation. Also, I know that meditation helps me handle each day better. That’s whyz I decided I should help folks who are so overwhelmed in a busy and stressful world with a guided meditation with their beloved furry kids.

What do I need to do a virtual guided meditation?
There really isn’t much you need, besides an internet connection and an open mind.
But since we are including furry buddies in this meditation you will need your fur kid. There are many ways to include your furry companion.

- Touching your furry buddy
- Photo of your furry friend
- Thoughts of your fur kid
- Any of the above works just fine

If you’re worried about spending money right now, I get it. The world feels uncertain. I know it’s important that you feel safe + supported in this space.
My goal is to let you release stress and feel calmer by the conclusion of our session.
Honestly, if you can’t afford this, then please don’t purchase it. You need to do what’s right for you.
WHY IS THIS MEDITATION ONLY VIRTUAL?
It’s all virtual so that you can benefit from any place you are located. A mountain, cabin, hotel room, home, bed, hospital, well, you get the idea. The idea is to help as many people as possible and not have the obstacle of needing to be physically present makes it easier for you.
I DON’T HAVE MUCH FREE TIME. HOW CAN I DO THIS?
I understand that you’re busy and overstressed with life. That’s why I’m keeping these sessions, both 1-1 and group to just 30 minutes. Within 30 minutes you can give yourself some much-needed self-care and feel calmer about handling life’s hurdles.
I’VE NEVER MEDITATED CAN I DO IT?
Yes. Whether you select a 1-1 session or a group session, you’ll be guided with your fur kid to your best relaxation state.
ISN’T MEDITATION A RELIGION?
It’s true some religions do include meditation as part of their rituals. However, that’s not the kind of meditation I practice. While I do start from the premise that there is a higher power (I call God, but you can also say “higher power”). So, it will help you no matter your religion.
MY FUR KID ISN’T CALM, WILL THIS WORK?
While it’s best if your furry buddy sits with you, it works even if your fur kid is high-energy or not in the room. This means if you have a horse in a barn and your internet service is a mile away from your home, it will still work. I will provide you with tricks to receive benefits for both of you.
MY BRAIN IS CONSTANTLY THINKING. WILL IT WORK FOR ME?
Yes. That’s where your fur kid comes into play to help you with your meditation.
I’M AN INTROVERT. WILL THIS WORK FOR ME?
Yes! I’m an introvert and a firm believer in meditation and it’s abilities for us.
CAN I DO THIS MEDITATION WITH MY CHILD, SPOUSE, FRIEND, AND FURRY BUDDY?
Of course. You may want to do a group session to be able to include everyone. However, you can still book a 1-1 or a small group.
DO I NEED ANYTHING TO DO THIS MEDITATION WITH MY FUR KID?
Nope. Just a quiet spot and an internet connection. If your furry buddy isn’t able to be in the same room, then a photo is helpful to place next to you or on your lap.
DO I HAVE TO SIT CROSSED-LEGGED FOR 30-MINUTES?
No. I can’t either. You should be comfortable. So, you can sit in a chair or even lie down. As long as you’re comfy and have access to the internet it will work.
DO I NEED TO TURN ON MY CAMERA TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS VIRTUAL MEDITATION?
Of course not. Although, I’d love to see your face and meet you personally, it’s not required at all.
WHAT IF IT DOESN’T WORK FOR ME?
I’m pretty sure you’ll end the session feeling calmer than you begin. But if you don’t, I’ll refund your money. Simple as that.
